Is Cute Save Button safe?

Adds a quick save button and hotkeys for downloading images and videos under the cursor.

This extension shows a button on images or videos you hover over so you can save the file with one click or a keyboard shortcut. It supports custom save locations, saving with the original filename on some sites, copying a file URL to the clipboard with middle click, and fetching original full-size images on supported sites such as VK, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram. It uses download, storage, scripting, and all-site access permissions to detect media on pages and save files.
