Is Dastyar Personal Assistant in your newtab safe?
This extension replaces the new tab page with a Persian personal assistant dashboard.
It shows tools such as clocks, timers, weather, date and calendar information, tasks, bookmarks, quick links, social links, and prayer times. The new tab page also supports personalization with backgrounds, colors, fonts, and light or dark mode, and the description mentions Google Calendar connection, AI features, news summaries, and Dastyar Plus purchase options.

Dastyar - no other listings under this identity, 20 shared hostnames
What this publisher told the store about itself, and the other listings that told it the same thing.
Shared hosts - 20 hostnames
Hostnames hardcoded in this extension that few other listings call. That can mean one operator behind both, and it can equally mean a small shared vendor, so it is context rather than a conclusion. Hosts that many listings call are left out: they are services, not connections.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Dastyar contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
- Google Calendar
Dastyar sends data to Google Calendar. Named as a recipient by 7 other extensions we have analysed.
