Is DF Tube (Distraction Free for YouTube™) safe?
This extension reduces distractions on YouTube by hiding recommendations and disabling autoplay.
It removes or hides YouTube elements such as the recommendations sidebar, related videos at the end of videos, and the homepage recommendation grid by default. Its settings are configurable, and it can also hide comments and disable playlists sitewide. The description says feedback is sent through Mailgun when you use the feedback option.

What it can do
Permissions this extension asks for, as declared in version 1.13.504. Asking for a permission is not a finding on its own - it is what the extension can do if it chooses to.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed DFTube contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
