Is Don't Close Window With Last Tab safe?
This extension keeps Chrome open by adding a pinned page when the last tab would close.
It prevents Chrome from closing when the last tab of the last window is closed, with an option to apply the behavior to every window. The pinned page is inserted only when needed and the extension handles tabs being moved between windows. It has no regular user interface beyond an Options page for configuration.
