Is Easy WebPage Editor safe?

This extension makes the current webpage locally editable in the browser.

It provides an Edit Mode for changing page text and applying simple styles such as bold or italics. It also provides a Delete Mode for selecting and removing page elements like tables, lists, or videos. Changes are visible only on your machine and disappear after refreshing unless you save, print, or capture the page separately.
