Is Empty Cache Button safe?

Adds a toolbar button and F9 shortcut for clearing the browser cache.

This extension lets you clear cached browsing data with one click from the toolbar or by using the F9 keyboard shortcut. It can optionally show a notification when clearing succeeds and optionally reload tabs after the cache is cleared.
