Is FirstSlotsAlert - USVisaAppointment safe?

FirstSlotsAlert stores your visa-portal login and security-question answers in plaintext local storage for autofill.

When you save your login details for the USVisaScheduling or AIS visa appointment portals, the extension writes your username, password, and security-question answers directly into chrome.storage.local without any encryption or hashing. It later reads these values back verbatim to automatically fill the sign-in and security-question fields on the portal's site. The credentials never leave your device through this mechanism, but anything else with access to local extension storage on your machine could read them in plain text.
