Is Flip Screen 180 safe?

This extension rotates the current browser view 180 degrees from a toolbar popup.

It provides a popup button that flips the page view upside down and toggles it back to normal with another click. The description says it avoids applying the flip on restricted URLs such as chrome://, chrome-extension://, about:, and file://.
