Is folkX – Lead capture: Add B2B leads and find emails & phone numbers safe?

folkX captures visible profile data from Gmail, X, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Meet and syncs it to its own CRM backend.

When a user clicks the extension's "add to folk" button on a supported page, a site-specific content script reads visible profile details — name, bio, email, phone, avatar, and profile links — directly from the page DOM. That record is then submitted through the extension's iframe UI to folk's own backend at gateway.folk.app, where it is stored as a contact in the user's CRM.
