Is FoxScroller safe?

Adds a button and hotkeys for continuous scrolling on webpages.

This extension lets you start and stop automatic page scrolling from the toolbar button, change scroll direction, and adjust scrolling speed. It includes options for what happens at the end of a page, whether scrolling continues after page changes or in background tabs, and configurable hotkeys. It uses browser storage for its settings and can run on websites, except addons.mozilla.org as noted in the description.
