Is General Sticker System (GSS) safe?

Adds a custom sticker manager for quickly sending saved stickers on live-streaming sites.

This extension lets users manage frequently used sticker IDs, add custom labels, and send them from a categorized panel. It supports sticker/image sources such as CatBox and Imgur, and allows right-click saving of stickers in live rooms on sites such as Twitch and YouTube. The store description says settings are stored locally in the browser.
