Automatically fills Google Forms using saved keyword-to-answer profiles.

This extension lets you save multiple answer profiles and match form questions by keywords to fill text fields, choices, checkboxes, dropdowns, dates, and times. It can also automatically submit a completed form and select options such as sending a copy or agreeing to terms when detected. The store description says rules are stored locally in the browser and not uploaded.
