Is Governança Brasil - Assinatura Digital safe?

Lists local digital certificates and enables certificate-based signing or login in compatible web systems.

This extension works with compatible Governança Brasil and other integrated systems; it does not perform signing on its own. When a visited site needs access to certificates on the computer, token, or smart card, it locates and lists available certificates for use in browser-based document signing or authentication.
