Is h264ify safe?

Makes YouTube use H.264 video streams instead of VP8/VP9 when available.

This extension changes YouTube playback so videos stream in H.264 rather than VP8/VP9. The store description says this can help on less powerful machines because H.264 is commonly hardware accelerated, which may reduce CPU use and improve playback smoothness. It has access to YouTube, YouTube-nocookie, and youtu.be pages and stores extension settings locally.
