Is Highlighter + Notes safe?

Highlight text on web pages and save short notes for later visits.

This extension lets you highlight text on web pages using five colors and keep those highlights available when you return to the page. It also lets you create short notes that are retained for future visits, with popup controls and keyboard shortcuts for the highlighter and eraser.
