Is INWISE CRM safe?

Low risk

INWISE CRM adds CRM tools to WhatsApp Web and can run commands issued by a Hiperchat server.

When Transfer or API mode is enabled, the extension opens a socket to hc-wss.hiperchat.com.br with the user's WhatsApp ID and carries out server-issued commands such as sending messages or media, editing labels and starting bots. The voice-note transcription button uploads the downloaded audio to hc-stt.hiperchat.com.br, and links in outgoing messages are sent to third-party link-preview servers.

Where it sends data

Destinations our analysis observed INWISE CRM contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
