Is IP Unblock VPN - A Free VPN to Unblock websites safe?

IP Unblock VPN routes all browser traffic through a plain HTTP proxy with no encryption of its own.

The extension fetches a list of proxy servers from www.ipunblock.com/servers.json and configures Chrome to send all browsing traffic through one of them using an unencrypted (http-scheme) proxy connection. Every server currently listed is plain HTTP, so the hop between your browser and the proxy carries no TLS layer of its own — for HTTPS sites this exposes the destination hostname to anyone on that network path, and for plain-HTTP sites the full request and response are also visible.
