Is IPTV Player safe?

This extension imports M3U playlists and plays IPTV channels in the browser.

It lets you add M3U or M3U8 playlists from local files or URLs, then browse channels in list or grid views with search and group filters. You can manage multiple playlists, save favorite channels, and play streams with an HTML5 video player that supports M3U8/HLS and fullscreen playback.
