Is jisho-pitcher safe?

This extension adds packaged Japanese pitch accent information from Wadoku and Kanjium.

It provides pitch accent data sourced from the Japanese-German dictionary Wadoku and the Kanjium dataset. The data is included inside the add-on, so the description says it does not require additional internet connection use for that data.
