Keeps a pinned tab open so Chrome windows do not close when the last regular tab is closed.

This extension maintains one pinned tab as the first tab in each normal Chrome window and reopens it if it is closed. Its options let the user choose the pinned tab URL and enable a setting that prevents focusing the special pinned tab.
