Is Looking for Miku's Green Onion safe?

This extension adds a simple Miku-themed drag-and-drop mini game to webpages.

Miku can appear on webpages, and the user searches for a green onion on the screen. When the user drags the green onion to Miku, the extension shows a dance animation. The store description lists active tab and scripting functionality for interacting with the current page, but the provided manifest permissions do not show website access or data sharing hosts.
