Is Markdown Printer safe?

This extension saves web pages as Markdown files from the toolbar or right-click menu.

It converts the current page into a .md file and opens a Save As dialog so you can choose where to store it. The output preserves items such as headers, links, code blocks, lists, and tables, adds source metadata, and removes scripts, styles, and other unwanted elements. The description says conversion happens locally in the browser and user data is not collected, transmitted, or shared.
