Is Modulr Wallet safe?
Modulr Wallet polls account state and submits signed transactions to hardcoded Modulr RPC endpoints over HTTP.
When the wallet is unlocked, it refreshes the selected account immediately and then every 10 seconds using the account public key. Sending a transfer posts the signed transaction payload, including from/to, amount, fee, nonce, memo, and signature, to the same cleartext HTTP RPC servers; the private seed stays local.
