Is My Search Easy safe?
My Search Easy sets mysearcheasy.com as the browser startup page and opens a mysearcheasy.com tab when installed.
The extension declares a browser setting that makes https://mysearcheasy.com/search/ a startup page. On first install, its background service worker opens https://www.mysearcheasy.com/sucess.htm in a new tab, sending the normal page request to that site.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed My Search Easy contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
