Is Onoff Business | Click2Call & SMS safe?

Onoff Business | Click2Call & SMS scans pages for phone numbers in visible text and form inputs.

Its content script runs on all URLs except Onoff domains and, when enabled, walks page text and visible input fields to find phone numbers. The extension highlights detected numbers and sends the collected phone-number list inside its runtime message flow; no external receiving endpoint is identified in the confirmed claim.
