Is Page Ruler safe?

Measures pixel distances on webpages with a draggable rectangular ruler.

This extension adds a toolbar-activated ruler that draws a rectangle on the current webpage as you move the mouse or use touch input. It displays the rectangle’s width, height, start, and end values in pixels, and updates the measurements as the rectangle changes size.
