Is Popupblocker safe?

This extension blocks or limits website pop-up windows and new tabs.

It can prevent websites from opening new windows or new tabs, with options such as Smart mode to allow no more than one new tab at a time and Block all to require permission for new tabs. You can configure separate blacklist and whitelist rules, including different behavior for windows and tabs.
