Is Positionable! safe?

This developer tool lets users visually reposition page elements with drag, nudge, align, and undo controls.

It helps with rapid styling and prototyping by manipulating absolute, fixed, or selector-targeted elements, with static elements forced to relative positioning. It also supports multi-element selection, sprite background positioning, rotation, z-index ordering, copying styles to the clipboard, and saving styles to disk.
