Is Radioplayer UK safe?

Radioplayer UK opens the radioplayer.co.uk listen page in a popup window when you click its toolbar button.

The extension is a simple launcher: clicking its toolbar icon opens a 380x665 popup that loads the Radioplayer UK website to play live radio, catch-up, and podcasts. It requests no permissions, runs no content scripts, and collects no browser data; it only navigates to the vendor's own site. The initial navigation uses plaintext HTTP (http://www.radioplayer.co.uk/listen) rather than HTTPS, so the first request travels unencrypted before any redirect.
