Is Random Refresh safe?

This extension refreshes browser tabs at random intervals within a time range you choose.

It lets you start per-tab timers using preset or custom minimum and maximum intervals, with a countdown shown in the popup and on the extension badge. It can also rotate a tab through a user-provided list of URLs instead of reloading the same page.
