Is Read Later safe?
This extension saves pages to a synced reading list and shows open tabs across Chrome windows.
It provides an Open Tabs section that lists tabs from all Chrome windows, with search, filtering, and sortable columns for title, URL, and window. You can add individual tabs or a window’s links to a reading list, and save the current page with the toolbar icon or Ctrl+Shift+Y. The description says the reading list and settings sync through Chrome when extension syncing is enabled.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Read Later contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
