Is Simple Tab Reloader safe?

Reloads a chosen tab automatically at a user-set interval.

This extension lets you enter a reload interval and start automatic reloading for the tab that is active at that moment. The reload interval syncs across your Google account, and a counter shows when the next reload will occur. The store description says it requires no install permissions and collects no user or analytics data.
