Is Sloth safe?

This extension lazily loads tabs by discarding inactive tabs until you select them.

It uses Chrome’s discard API so tabs remain visible in the tab bar without loading from the network or staying in memory. On startup, it creates and activates a new tab when needed to help prevent existing session tabs from loading unless you explicitly select them. It does not apply to new tabs or special tabs such as chrome:// pages.
