Is TextMarker Go safe?

Highlights selected text on web pages and adds clickable flags for jumping back to those highlights.

This extension lets you mark selected text in seven colors using the context menu, toolbar controls, or the F9 shortcut. It places an arrow flag on the right side of the page for each highlight, which you can click to scroll to the marked text or double-click to remove. The store description states that highlighted text is not saved for future visits.
