Is TOC Medium safe?

Adds a table-of-contents action to Medium’s editor.

This extension adds an “Add a Table of Contents” action in Medium’s editor. When selected, it finds heading tags in the post and creates a list with their titles and links. If headings change later, the table of contents needs to be generated again.
