Is Top Best Extension safe?
Top Best Extension sends each top-level navigation URL and open-tab count to top-best.com.
When you navigate to a main-frame page, the service worker reports the page URL, number of open tabs, generated user ID, and extension version to top-best.com/api/ext/v2/visit. The server response can tell the extension to open a background or foreground tab to a supplied URL, with background tabs closing after the returned timeout.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Top Best Extension contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
