Is URLColors safe?

Highlights matching websites with a customizable colored border to help distinguish important URLs.

This extension lets you define URL keywords or wildcards and show a border with chosen color, width, opacity, and optional blinking settings. It includes a demo or snooze mode that temporarily turns the highlighting off and then reactivates it after a specified time.
