Is VetRec safe?

VetRec accepts external extension messages that can open caller-supplied URLs in new browser tabs.

VetRec exposes an external message handler that lets another installed extension ask it to open a supplied URL in a new tab. The claim notes that ordinary web pages cannot reach this path because the manifest does not declare externally_connectable access, and no network recipient is identified.
