VPN Proxy uses the same embedded username and password for proxy authentication when the VPN is enabled.

When the VPN proxy is enabled, the extension answers Chrome proxy authentication challenges with a hardcoded username and password from its background script. The same shared credential is embedded in the extension source rather than issued separately per user or session.
