Is Web Client for Telegram™ - Teleside safe?

Web Client for Telegram - Teleside strips security headers from Telegram Web responses.

The extension uses a declarativeNetRequest rule that applies to Telegram Web responses in the browser. It removes Content-Security-Policy, Content-Security-Policy-Report-Only, and X-Frame-Options headers and sets Access-Control-Allow-Origin to *, which weakens browser protections for those pages.
