Is Web paint safe?

This extension adds drawing and annotation tools that work directly on webpages.

It lets users mark up pages with tools such as a pencil, highlighter, text annotations, blur, eraser, shapes, lines, arrows, color picker, and paint bucket. Users can adjust colors and brush sizes, then save or print the resulting screenshot or drawing.
