Is WebPreserver safe?

WebPreserver records HTTP and HTTPS request URLs, headers, cookies, and form bodies into extension storage.

WebPreserver listens to browser web requests for all HTTP and HTTPS pages and captures URLs, query strings, request headers, cookies, response headers, and request bodies by tab. The captured traffic is persisted locally in extension storage every few seconds; no receiving endpoint was confirmed in the reviewed claim or source.
