Is WhatSmart CRM | Seu Whatsapp Otimizado e Inteligente! safe?
WhatSmart CRM connects WhatsApp Web to hiperchat servers that can send messages and read labels through your session.
On web.whatsapp.com the extension opens a socket to hc-wss.hiperchat.com.br and sends your WhatsApp ID and a device ID. When the API option is enabled, that server can send commands to send messages, read and update labels and CRM tabs, and start bots in your logged-in session. Voice notes are sent to hiperchat's speech-to-text service when you click the transcribe button.
