Is YouTube Picture in Picture safe?

Plays webpage videos in a floating picture-in-picture window while you browse or work.

This extension adds a page action button for pages that contain an HTML video element, with an icon color change to show when video is detected. Clicking the button opens the active video in picture-in-picture mode, including YouTube videos and supported players inside iframes. It also includes a script intended to keep PiP view from being canceled on pages that try to disable or cancel PiP requests.
