Zoom Video injects a content script on every page to resize and reformat video elements using local controls only.

The extension manipulates video player dimensions and aspect ratios entirely within the browser — no data is sent to any external server. On every page, it embeds a partial extension runtime ID into the DOM as an element ID and CSS class, which makes the extension detectable by page scripts. No user data or browsing activity is transmitted outside the browser.
