Is AdNauseam safe?

AdNauseam sends credentialed requests to every detected ad URL, forwarding the user's cookies to ad networks in the background.

When AdNauseam detects an ad on a page, it records the full page URL and page title alongside the ad metadata in extension storage. Every five seconds, the background page visits pending ads by making XMLHttpRequests with withCredentials set to true, sending the user's cookies to the ad network domains. The extension also enumerates all installed browser extensions on startup to detect conflicting ad-blockers, though this data is not transmitted remotely.
