When a user triggers the AI organization or rename tools, the extension builds bookmark records that include titles, URLs, and domains. It sends those records to OpenAI's Responses API using the user's locally stored OpenAI API key, with up to 350 bookmarks for organization and up to 120 likely rename candidates for renaming.
