Is Allow Copy/Paste safe?

This extension helps re-enable copying and pasting on websites that block those actions.

You can use the extension icon on a page to attempt to remove copy and paste restrictions, and it stores that site preference so you do not need to repeat the step each time. It also adds an Allow Copy/Paste tab in Chrome Developer Tools with a reload button for pages where the regular option does not work.
