Is AstroTab safe?
AstroTab sends searches typed on its new-tab page to home.astrotab.me with a tracking ID.
AstroTab replaces Chrome's new tab page with its own search page. When a user clicks search or presses Enter, the typed query is placed in a URL and sent to home.astrotab.me along with the tracking ID 1054593.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed AstroTab contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
