Is Avoid Duplicate Downloads safe?

Prompts you to choose a filename when a download would duplicate an existing file.

This extension shows a Save As dialog when Chrome would otherwise add “(1)” or “(2)” to a duplicate download filename. You can rename the new file or overwrite the existing one instead of creating another numbered copy.
